Refund Policy
We want you to love your new (or new-to-you) pinball machine! Here's how we handle refunds and returns:
New Machines

All sales are final once the order has been placed with the manufacturer.

In the event of a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue under their warranty terms.

Cancellations made before the machine ships may be eligible for a refund, minus any applicable processing or restocking fees.

Once delivered, new machines cannot be returned or refunded.
Used Machines

All used machines are sold as-is and all sales are final.

We do our best to thoroughly inspect and test all used machines before sale, and we’ll provide a detailed description and photos so you know exactly what you're getting.

No refunds or exchanges will be given unless a machine was grossly misrepresented in writing prior to the sale.

If local delivery is provided, we’ll set up and test the machine at your location to ensure everything is working as expected upon arrival.
Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of payment.
