Refund Policy

We want you to love your new (or new-to-you) pinball machine! Here's how we handle refunds and returns:
 

New Machines
  • All sales are final once the order has been placed with the manufacturer.

  • In the event of a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue under their warranty terms.

  • Cancellations made before the machine ships may be eligible for a refund, minus any applicable processing or restocking fees.

  • Once delivered, new machines cannot be returned or refunded.

Used Machines
  • All used machines are sold as-is and all sales are final.

  • We do our best to thoroughly inspect and test all used machines before sale, and we’ll provide a detailed description and photos so you know exactly what you're getting.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be given unless a machine was grossly misrepresented in writing prior to the sale.

  • If local delivery is provided, we’ll set up and test the machine at your location to ensure everything is working as expected upon arrival.

Deposits
  • All deposits are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of payment.
