At Granite State Pinball, we’re committed to making sure your pinball machine arrives safely and reliably. We offer local delivery within Southern New Hampshire and three freight shipping options for customers throughout the continental U.S.

🏠 Local Delivery – Southern New Hampshire

​

We offer personal delivery to homes and businesses located in Southern NH. Our team will bring your pinball machine to your location and place it safely inside.
Note: This does not include stairs or assembly unless arranged in advance.

🚚 Freight Shipping Options (Contiguous U.S. Only)

​

We offer the following freight shipping options for pinball machines. These are handled by trusted freight carriers experienced in transporting large and delicate items.

1. Curbside Delivery

​

• Delivered outside your home, typically to your driveway or nearest accessible curb.

• You are responsible for moving it indoors and unboxing.

• Most budget-friendly freight option.

​

2. Inside Delivery – 18-Wheeler Accessible

​

• Delivered inside your home (ground floor only), no unpacking or setup.

• Available only if an 18-wheeler can access your property (wide roads, no tight turns, etc.).

​

3. Inside Delivery – Limited Access

​

• For addresses not accessible by an 18-wheeler.

• A smaller truck will be used to deliver inside your home (ground floor only).

• No unpacking or setup included.

• All freight shipments include:

  • Liftgate service for safe unloading

  • Call-ahead notification to schedule delivery

• All machines are securely packed and palletized for safe transport.

• You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

• Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

• Freight shipping is only available to the 48 contiguous United States.

  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or internationally at this time.

• If your location includes stairs, tight spaces, or unique access issues, please contact us before ordering so we can help coordinate the right delivery service.

Delivery Times:

We makes no guarantee, expressed or implied, on the delivery time of any products sold. Any estimates given are subject to change and are dependent on time and method of payment, product availability, and turnaround times of shipping companies. In general, items can take from a few days to a few weeks to deliver. New items that are in stock can typically ship right way, while refurbished items may need to be cleaned and tested before they are ready to ship.
