2. Products and Availability

Granite State Pinball is a reseller of new and pre-owned pinball machines. All product listings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies, even after an order has been placed.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise arranged in writing.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods offered through our Site.
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or changed without our written approval.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout or provided via invoice based on your location and delivery method.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier schedules or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive and inspect the machine upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the size and nature of pinball machines, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing.

If a machine arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement parts, or insurance claims depending on the circumstances.

6. Warranty

We may offer warranties on select new or refurbished machines. Warranty coverage (if any) will be clearly stated on the product page or invoice. Pre-owned machines are generally sold as-is unless noted otherwise.

7. Limitation of Liability

Granite State Pinball is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

All content on this Site—including logos, images, text, and product descriptions—is the property of Granite State Pinball and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law
