Revenue Share Terms

Revenue generated from the machines will be split between the Operator and the Venue.

The standard revenue share is: [50/50] based on gross revenue collected (before expenses).

Collections and payments will occur on a monthly basis unless otherwise agreed.

Collection & Payments

The Operator is responsible for collecting all machine revenue and will provide the Venue’s share according to the agreed schedule.

Payment method will be agreed upon (cash, check, or electronic)

Maintenance & Responsibilities

The Operator will handle all maintenance, repairs, and servicing of the machines.

The Venue agrees to provide a safe environment and notify the Operator of any issues.

Machines remain the property of the Operator at all times.

Liability

Each party is responsible for their own liability.

The Operator maintains insurance for the machines.

The Venue is not responsible for normal wear, but agrees to take reasonable care to prevent damage or theft.

Term & Termination

This agreement operates on a month-to-month basis and may be terminated by either party with 30 days’ notice.
